BIOGRAPHY
The grape, like every fruit of the soil, embodies the magic of nature, it is the mirror and the reflection of the place where it is cultivated and the efforts of the men and women who work in this environment; I have the good fortune and the pleasure of offering my professional experience to those who have chosen to transform this incredible product into wine.
My task, my duty is to guide the producer – through constant work in the field – towards the objectives which he aims for by means of a constant dialogue and a serious approach on the part of someone who believes in commitment and in respect for consumers and does not believe in shortcuts or passing fashions.
Wine is an expression of human civilization: as such, we cannot dispense with a full respect and support for the environment in the places where wine is born.
I believe that it is only by obeying nature’s rules that it is possible to interpret it and create wines which can tell their own story.
